Who  do you service?

While we primarily service the elderly, we are free to serve anyone who needs our help.

How much does it cost?

$13 for direct customers,

$11 for Community Home Support Program customers

What days do you deliver?


What are the delivery times?

Between 10:30am and 12:30pm

What is in a meal?

Meals consist of 1 Main meal, 1 soup, 1 dessert, and 1 breadroll.

What food do you serve?

Our recipes are from a variety of different cuisines, if there are some foods you don't like just let us know and we can arrange an alternative.

What if i don't like a meal?

We currently offer the choice of two fresh meals per day, and if neither of these are suitable then you may choose a frozen meal off our menu.

What about allergies?

We are able to cater to almost all allergies, just make our staff aware of them when you sign up.

Can I order lunch and dinner?

Definitely, we are happy to deliver multiple meals per day. This can be an ongoing arrangement or a one-off. 

Can I order meals for the weekend?

We are more than happy to deliver extra meals on Friday for the weekend, to preserve freshness these are usually delivered frozen.

How can i pay?

Payments are made in advance either by cash, cheque or electronic bank transfer.

What are the contract terms?

There are no lock-in contracts, some of our customers have been with us for over 10 years, and others only stay for a short period.

Can you leave it at the door?

Unfortunately food safety regulations don't allow us to leave food unattended. If you aren't able to be home during the delivery window, let us know in advance and we can arrange an alternative. 

Do you deliver hot meals?

Unfortunately food safety regulations require use to deliver chilled or frozen meals, as hot food must be kept between certain temperatures or risk bacteria.
